Position Summary

As a Membership Sales & Engagement Specialist, you are the front line of growth at Life Time Pickerington. Your role is to connect with prospective members, deliver engaging tours, and ensure every guest understands the value of joining our community. You’ll also play a key role in lead management, member outreach, and supporting our Personal Training and Concierge teams to achieve acquisition and revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours of our athletic resort, highlighting Life Time’s premium amenities, programs, and services.

• Manage inbound and outbound leads through SMARTweb and Dynamics, ensuring timely follow-up.

• Partner with Concierge and Personal Training teams to drive new member acquisition and $80,000+ monthly PT revenue goals.

• Support daily lead outreach with a professional, friendly, and results-driven approach.

• Build relationships with members and guests to create a warm, welcoming environment.

• Contribute to community events, sales campaigns, and engagement initiatives to grow membership.

• Consistently hit personal and team-based sales goals (tour conversions, appointments booked, new memberships).

Qualifications

• Passion for fitness, health, and helping others succeed.

• Previous sales, hospitality, or customer service experience strongly preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — confident in face-to-face and phone outreach.

• Highly organized with the ability to follow systems and maintain lead management tools.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet prospective members when they’re available.
