    Kim comes to the Chamber from Ohio University where she led the communications and marketing efforts of The Patton College of Education. Much of her career has been dedicated to nonprofit associations, including serving as the Director of Marketing with the National Business Incubation Association. Kim serves on the Fairfield 33 Development Alliance Board of Directors, the Pickerington Village Association Board, and the Fairfield County Business Advisory Council. She is also a member of the Pickerington Lions Club. Kim is halfway through the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute of Organization Management, a four-year program resulting in the IOM certification. She has a B.A. in English and a M.A. in Visual Communication Management from Ohio University. Under her leadership as President & CEO, the PACC team has increased membership and sponsorships, strengthened partnerships, improved the financial health of the chamber, and enhanced events and opportunities for PACC members and the business community to network, grow professionally, have a voice in area governance, and improve the quality of life in the region.
