    Presented by Mount Carmel Health System and Dwayne R. Spence Funeral Home/Advance Planning

    The Pickerington Area Chamber’s second Downsizing & Senior Care Expo is Saturday, June 21, and is FREE TO THE PUBLIC! Held at Grace Fellowship, this event features a large expo with vendors representing the numerous and varied companies, organizations, and industries that serve the senior and caregiver population. This interactive and dynamic event will include free massages, hearing and eyesight screenings, chair volleyball matches, cardio drumming demos, and pickleball demo/games! Exhibit hall is open 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

    In a nearby classroom (classroom 1 & 2), the event will feature educational/informative sessions throughout the day. Topics and times are listed below. Info sessions will run from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
     
    The first 100 attendees are provided a free sack lunch, courtesy of Meals on Wheels. All attendees get a free entry to raffles for a $500 Kroger Gift Card from Susie Braskett, Coldwell Banker Realty; a $500 Visa Gift Card from Bath Masters; and a $250 Giant Eagle Gift Card from HearingLife. Donate your old prescription glasses to the Lions Club and get tickets for their gift card raffle.

    NEED A RIDE?
    Fairfield County Transit will be providing FREE demand response (door-to-door) service for the event. A
    nyone needing transportation to and from the Expo should contact the transit office at 740-681-5086 (option 1) no later than 3:30p.m. on June 20 to schedule their trip. When calling, simply mention that the trip is for the “Pickerington Senior Expo,” so it is free of charge.
