The Pickerington Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation is pleased to offer scholarship assistance to Pickerington Local Schools or Pickerington Area Chamber of Commerce- affiliated high school seniors enrolling in one of the following: Central Ohio Technical College, Columbus State Community College, Ohio University Lancaster Campus, Hocking College, The Ohio State University at Newark, or postsecondary education at Eastland-Fairfield Career & Technical Schools, or Fairfield County Workforce Center. For 2022, two students will be selected: one will receive $2500 and the other $1000. The scholarship is for direct educational expenses only and is paid directly to the student's school upon enrollment. This is a one-year, non-renewable scholarship. The Pickerington Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation does not discriminate in its scholarship program on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin, ancestry, religion, disability or handicap, sex or gender.
Students who apply for the Pickerington Area Chamber of Commerce Scholarship do so with the intention of obtaining a certificate or degree. Selection of the recipient will be based upon the student's information provided on the Pickerington Area Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Application. The Pickerington Area Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Committee reviews applications and essays, selects the recipient, and presents the scholarship. The decision of the Committee is final.
Scholarship eligibility is limited to high school seniors residing in the Pickerington Local School District and/or high school seniors employed by a Pickerington Area Chamber of Commerce member or whose parents are employees of Pickerington Area Chamber of Commerce members.
All eligible students are encouraged to apply regardless of GPA or class standing.
Applications must be received by April 1, 2022.
