OUCU Financial - Welcome Home Grants

OUCU Financial is offering limited-time Welcome Home grants to help homebuyers with down payment and closing cost funds on purchases and construction, starting April 6th, 2026.  These grants are available through the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati’s Affordable Housing Program.
Eligible borrowers may receive grants up to $20,000. Grants are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis while funds last.
