Brian John, founder and president of Echo & Athena, specializes in the training and coaching of individuals and organizations to create cultures of cognitive well-being, connectedness, and success.

Brian’s mission is to help you achieve your personal and professional goals with balance, upliftment, and cohesion through a more authentic and personalized process. By doing so, you avoid burnout, reduce stress, strengthen your relationships, and increase the impact of your leadership. As a result, you and your organization will reach goals quickly and sustainably to help you travel the road to a life well-lived.

Brian has led, coached, and taught thousands of people and has a background in mental health counseling graduate studies, a master’s in leadership, real-world leadership experience, and time as an educator. He brings a passion for cognitive well-being and a focus on Love Led Leadership to meet people where they are and create experiences that bring out the best in all of us.

Brian speaks to businesses and public audiences on the subjects of personal and professional development. His exciting and heartfelt talks on leadership, culture, and cognitive well-being bring about immediate and long-term results.

Prior to founding Echo & Athena, Brian was the Director of Professional Development and Coordinator of Strategic Initiatives for one of the largest school districts in the state of Ohio with over 1,300 staff members and 16,000 students. He has had successful careers in leadership, teaching, and coaching while enduring and growing through an emotional journey of mental wellness. He continues to help people create companies, and become better leaders, better partners, and parents by creating more connected cultures and finding their happiness.
