Joy isn't the same as happiness: happiness depends on outcomes, while joy grows from purpose—and it can be practiced. In this energizing workshop, Angela Krile shows women how small, intentional choices build a joyful mindset, even when life feels like a roller coaster. Drawing on positive psychology research, participants discover how one micro-act of joy a day—gratitude, kindness, play—can lift mood more than 25% in a week, and why complaining, gossip, and comparison quietly drain it. Attendees leave with practical boundary-setting language and a personal joy practice to begin that day.
