DESCRIPTION:Joy isn't the same as happiness: happiness depends on outcomes\, while joy grows from purpose and it can be practiced. In this energizing workshop\, Angela Krile shows women how small\, intentional choices build a joyful mindset\, even when life feels like a roller coaster. Drawing on positive psychology research\, participants discover how one micro-act of joy a day gratitude\, kindness\, play can lift mood more than 25% in a week\, and why complaining\, gossip\, and comparison quietly drain it.
