We are so glad that you will be a part of Columbus Red White Blue Fest
We are happy to support your business.
This is an event that is focused on uplifting the Columbus community.
You must be completely self sufficient. Please bring all the items that you need with you.
You must also supply a public trash can for your patrons to use.
You are responsible for trash pick up and disposal. All trash must go back with you.
You must supply your own chairs, tables and tent if you need these items.
Please be prepared to arrive promptly.
Set up 10:30AM-12:30PM
Set up closes promptly at 12:30PM


FOOD TRUCKS AND BEVERAGE TRUCKS
-PROOF OF FOOD LICENSE.
-PROOF OF CURRENT LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE ONE MILLION COVERAGE WITH PHENIX ADDED AS AN ADDED INSURED
-THE ABOVE TWO DOCUMENTS MUST BE EMAILED TO US ONCE YOU SUBMIT YOUR PAYMENT.

-YOUR STAFF MUST ADHERE TO THE FOOD SAFETY REQUIREMENT OF GLOVES AND MASKS AS APPLICABLE
-YOUR FOOD TRUCK MUST BE COMPLETELY SELF SUFFICIENT. BRING ALL THE ITEMS YOU NEED WITH YOU.
-YOU MUST SUPPLY YOUR OWN POWER AND WATER.
-YOU MUST PROVIDE AT LEAST ONE TRASH CAN PLACED OUTSIDE YOUR TRUCK FOR PATRONS TO USE. PLEASE EMPTY THIS AS NEEDED
-THERE IS NO TRASH DISPOSAL. ALL TRASH MUST GO WITH YOU

-YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN CHAIR AND TABLE
-IF YOU BRING A TENT; IT MUST BE A SMALL TENT
