Unleash Creativity, Workshop

Creative energy can take both constructive and destructive forms. This workshop is about channeling our vast creative energy to focus on what we’d like to see more of in our lives – whether that is to focus on a specific creative project, create a new routine, or adopt a new outlook. By integrating yoga, meditation, and writing exercises, yogis will break through creative blocks and have fun in the process.
