The Employee Experience: What it means and how it helps retain employees- ideas from the blue-collar employee sector.
What's the culture of your workplace? What makes someone want to join your team? The New Year is a great time to reevaluate and restructure. Join us on Thursday, January 20th at the Pickerington Senior Center from 11:30am to 1pm to hear from Gail Reinhart, People and Talent Director at Five Seasons Landscaping, who will be discuss "The Employee Experience."
Meet Gail: Gail Reinhart has been working in the landscape industry for over 20 years, graduating with a degree in Landscape and Turf Management, she started in the field focusing on horticulture, plant care and coaching team members on proper landscape practices. Initially working with small landscape companies (15-30 employees), Gail was promoted into management positions taking on project and operations, sales, marketing and recruitment before focusing solely on Human Resources management working with landscape companies with over 100 employees in creating positive employee work environments.
