101 Beer Kitchen, a little history:
Bored with their current jobs the Kittrells’ decided they wanted to start their own restaurant chain. Due to the struggles of the market at the time and other factors they decided to keep their jobs but start home brewing. Over time, the opportunity finally presented itself for their dream to become reality, and everything else is history!
101 Beer Kitchen’s Mission Philosophy:
101 exists to provide seasonal, handcrafted products alongside friendly service with an uncomplicated, comfortable style. We are focused on caring and providing for our community while educating them in the joys of food and beer.
