Join us on Thursday, January 19, 2017, as Coach Jay Sharrett, Pickerington High School Central, and Coach Tom Phillips, Pickerington High School North present, “Creating a Culture for Maximum Engagement”. Engagement is not an exact science when dealing with employees, teams, etc. At the core, are the values that determine the why, how and what of how to create a culture of engagement.
At this luncheon, Coach Sharrett will present:
Mr. Sharrett is in his 20th (plus) year as an educator at Pickerington Local Schools. He is a 1988 Alum from Capital University and a 1984 graduate from Circleville High School. Mr. Sharrett is a Senior/Junior Government Teacher and Social Studies Department Chair. Not to mention, he is the head coach of the Pickerington High School Central Tigers football team.
Mr. Tom Phillips is the School Administrator for the Pickerington Community School, and head coach of the Pickerington North High School Panther football team. He is originally from Youngstown, Ohio. Mr. Phillips has been married to his wife Paula for 27 years, and they have three fabulous kids.
