Introduction to Outlook 2016 - Level I

In this course students will use Outlook to send, receive, and manage email messages while also exploring several of this program's other important features. Topics include reading and responding to e-mails, attaching files and graphics, using flags and categories, working with Contacts, scheduling appointments and meetings in Calendar, and working with Task and Notes. Time will also be spent on customizing Outlook's interface to suit the students working style. Instructor: Mike Kelley. Room 445 Brasee Hall. Cost: $99 (includes book)
