Being You in a World of Dierence Workshop involves taking a look at:

Peg is a registered nurse, accomplished businesswoman and an internationally sought-after speaker on 'Leadership'. She is the President and Owner of Tobin & Associates, a national executive recruitment and leadership consulting firm. She is the co-founder of Interactive Care Network (ICN) a hospital discharge system. Peg has successfully developed tools and systems that have been adopted by multiple industries to improve the flow of organizational communications.

Her speaking style combines humor, faith and insight to deliver powerful, positive and practical help for anyone who wants to make their life or career better. 

Peg is the author of ‘Delegate or Suffocate’ and ‘Are you Setting the Pace …or taking up space?’ Both books are about the trails and successes of Leadership. Peg is a regular contributor to a variety of healthcare trade publications. Peg is a recipient of the 2015 ATHENA Women in Leadership Award, the 2015 Jane Johnsen Ohio University Women of Vision Award, Canal Winchester Chamber of Commerce’s “Business Person of the Year” award and was profiled in PNC Bank’s “Women Who Achieve” series.
