              OUCU Financial Lancaster Welcomes Experienced Credit Union Professional Rusty Young as Branch Manager

              LANCASTER, Ohio –– OUCU Financial Lancaster has named Rusty Young as its new Branch Manager. With more than 35 years of credit union experience, Young brings expertise in member service, business development, and community leadership.
               
              Young began his career as a teller and advanced through leadership roles with Telhio Credit Union, Corporate One Credit Union, Hopewell Federal Credit Union, and Wright-Patt Credit Union. Throughout his career, he has led community outreach efforts, coordinated branch openings, and developed local partnerships.
               
              After recently relocating to Lancaster, Young said joining OUCU Financial felt “meant to be.” In his role as Manager of Branch Sales and Service, he plans to focus on branch growth, financial education, and community engagement while helping residents better understand the benefits of credit unions.
               
              “When people in Lancaster think about banking and financial services, they think of OUCU Credit Union,” Young said.
