Member of the Week - July 26, 2021 (l to r: Michelle Richardson and Ed Yuhasz)
We sat down with Ed Yuhasz, General Manager of the Pickerington location of Mackenzie River Pizza, Grill & Pub to learn a little more about this popular American-style eatery. Interview has been lightly edited.
So How long has MacKenzie River Pizza, Grill & Pub done business in the Pickerington area?
Our doors opened on October 1, 2019.
Tell us a little bit about your restaurant.
MacKenzie River Pizza, Grill & Pub started in Bozeman, Montana, and our restaurant here reflects that origin. For example, every bit of wood in this retsuarant came from Montana.
We serve a wide variety of dishes, not just pizza! We serve heaping portions of delicious, flavorful and fresh foods, such as speciality pies, flatbreads, salads, desserts, and more.
Tell us about MacKenzie River Pizza, Grill & Pub's mission and values.
Our philosophy is "Do the Right Thing." We believe in taking care of our guests, our community, and our people. We strive to bring our guests the best experience and food. We are well-engaged in the Pickerington community with our partnership with other organizations like the Eastland Fairfield Career and Technical Schools.
