The Y wants to salute your service and welcome you to our branch for an appreciation day.
Event hosted by: Brad Fulfs BSW, SWT, CPL USMC Retired
Brad is volunteering to help promote veteran outreach and awareness. His proud service has lead him tp want to help other veterans become more health conscious and become more social in their community.
Activity Timeline: (all activities are FREE)10:00 - 10:45 AM Water Kickboxing (pool)
10:30 - 11:30 AM Enhance Fitness (aerobics room)
11:30 AM - 12:30 PM SilverSneakers Yoga (aerobics room)
12:00 - 3:00 PM Visit with our Resource Fair vendors & Personal Trainers
11:30 AM - 1:00 PM FREE Lunch
1:00 - 2:00 PM Active Older Adult Water Fitness (pool)
2:00 - 3:00 PM FREE Swim (pool)
All attendees will receive a FREE Try the y 7 day pass. Resource Fair vendors will include organization that offers services for veterans.
