Join us at Violet Community CrossFit for an afternoon of fun, energy, and food samples. Learn about CrossFit and the Violet Community's partners. We are not only a fitness program, we are a community of friends and people doing life together.Move with Violet Community CrossFit - An introductory 45 minute workout that is for all ages and abilities led by co-owners Bekah Dilworth L-2 CrossFit Certified and Rochelle Nelson L-1 CrossFit Certified.
Recover with Athletico Physical Therapy - Meet Athletico staff to hear workout recovery techniques and service they provide for our community.
Energize with Kayleigh Caito, MS, RDN, LD - Stay for an informative session on “Nutrition for your Workout” by Registered Dietitian and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
Nourish with Vitality Bowls Superfood Café
After a great afternoon at VCCF, enjoy a free, healthy, and delicious smoothie at Vitality Bowls Superfood Café.
Kayleigh Caito holds a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology and Health from Miami University, a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Bowling Green University, is a Registered Dietitian, and is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
