Raising Readers

This early literacy class is for children ages 2-5 years; siblings and caregivers welcome. Each session will include stories, songs, finger plays, and group activities. No registration required.

Our early literacy classes are weekly programs designed to enrich children’s life experiences through literacy while supporting their parent’s efforts to prepare them for school.  Parents learn how to play with their children in literate ways while their child experiences the following activities: fingerplays, books, songs, interactive play, themed literacy craft, and free play.
