PICKERINGTON LIONS 2019 LABOR DAY PARADE **  FISH FRY  **  FESTIVITIES

71 Years of Labor Day Fun!

All activities will be held on Labor Day - Monday, September 2, 2019

PARADE:  Begins at 10:00 am from Pickerington Central HS parking lot. Lineup from 8:30 - 9:30 am.

To REGISTER:  Email Vanessa Niekamp at pickeringtonlions@gmail.com with the following info:

1.  Name of your organization;

2.  Contact name and email for us to get a hold of you;

3.  Type of Entry & how many (float, car, tractor, walkers, etc);

4.  Approx total number of people;

PLEASE NOTE:  All candidates or Issues appearing on this year's ballot are asked to pay a $50 fee to be in the parade.  Mail to Pickerington Lions, PO Box 163, Pickerington, Ohio 43147

THEME / GRAND MARSHAL:  Our Grand Marshal will be the family of former Violet Township Administrator and Fire Chief John Eisel, in honor of John's service to his community.  

FISH FRY:  Begins at 11 am at Victory Park and will last until 2 pm.  We'll have 500 pounds of the best fried fish dinners and sandwiches in Central Ohio, so come on down for some good family fun.  

BOY SCOUT TROOP 256:  Boy Scout Troop 256 will be selling pop and water as a fund-raiser!

PICKERINGTON LEO CLUB:  The Pickerington Leo Club will be helping the Lions on the Food Line and around the park.

ENTERTAINMENT:  Entertainment provided by local DJ Chuck Steel, a Labor Day Tradition for many years. 

We will also once again have a COMBINED band concert from the two best bands in Central Ohio -- Pickerington North and Pickerington Central Marching Bands. 

50-50 Raffles at the end of each hour
