Join us on Thursday, June 18, 2015, as Henry “Hank” Zaborniak Jr., Owner of Protect Painters, presents “Team Building is Hard Work!” Henry will share his knowledge of:  communication, accountability, sense of humor, whose team is it anyway?, and all through the eyes of a guy that spent a lifetime in athletics.
 
Henry “Hank” Zaborniak, Jr. is an entrepreneur with a passion for service to others.  In 2013, Hank and his wife, Kim, established ProTect Painters of Pickerington and Reynoldsburg.  His commitment to customer service and his lifelong appreciation for craftsmen led him to the ProTect Painters franchise.  In their first full year in business, 2014 - they were the number 1 new franchise in the ProTect system wining the "Rookie of the Year", additionally, they won an award for completing 100 or more jobs, and they are on track to surpass the benchmark for a second year franchise by 100%. Teamwork plays a huge role in building our business and reaching some success.
 
Prior to 2013, Henry was an Assistant Commissioner with the Ohio High School Athletic Association. During his 23 year tenure he grew the number of Ohio sports officials from 10,000 to 17,000 and was the administrator responsible for two of the largest OHSAA sports programs – football and wrestling.  Hank has served on numerous boards and was inducted into the Ohio Basketball Hall of Fame as well as the Ohio Wrestling Officials and Wrestling Coaches Halls of Fame.
