Gary Bowen is a Certified Public Accountant with Winfree Ruff & Associates, LTD. He has been a CPA since 1988 and has been with Winfree Ruff & Associates since 1997. Gary is past President and Treasurer of the Pickerington Area Chamber. He is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and leads the accounting services team, providing guidance and insight into accounting solutions.
