Guidelines- At least 40 years of age.
- Does NOT have any current breast health concerns or unusual palpable breast lumps.
- Has NOT had any breast surgery performed in the past 12 months.
- Has NOT had a screening mammogram in the past 12 months.
- NEEDS a Baseline mammogram.
- Must have Physician’s name when scheduling appointment.
American Cancer Society Screening Guidelines
Age 35 – 40, receive a baseline with a script
Age 40 and over, receive a mammogram every year
