We Rally & We Rise...Again!

The 2026 We Rally & We Rise Women’s Conference will be held on Friday, March 27, at Crossroads Event Center in Lancaster. An inclusive event open to anyone, WR2 unites the community, nonprofits, and business sectors from Southeast and Central Ohio for an opportunity to connect and collaborate.

The same committee of leaders who brought you the Rally last year are working to bring you a similar event full of energy and unity. The Rally will be another full day of informative and inspiring sessions throughout the day and opportunities to network, grow, and learn. There will be a continental breakfast, lunch, and snack breaks included in the registration fee. Plus, you'll get another awesome conference bag, notebook, and sassy BABs nametag!

Our nationally recognized keynote speaker, Monica Brooks, will present “Powerfully You.” This keynote is an honest, energizing look at what it means for women to lead with authenticity. Monica will help attendees quiet imposter syndrome, own their stories, and use their experiences as a source of strength. Through relatable insight and real-world perspective, she connects the progress of the past to the impact women can make today. Attendees leave with renewed confidence, clarity, and the courage to lead without apology. Redefine power on your own terms, honor the path that brought you here, and break old patterns and stop playing small.
