Operation & Logistics Coordinator

Bottoms Up Diaper Bank is a fast-growing nonprofit providing diapers to families in need across Central Ohio. We’re looking for a reliable, organized, hands-on Operations & Logistics Coordinator to keep our warehouse running smoothly and ensure partner agencies receive accurate, timely orders.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and fulfill partner agency orders
• Coordinate deliveries and support volunteer drivers
• Support volunteer activities related to distribution
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and operational improvements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using basic technology including the Microsoft Suite of applications
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Team-oriented with a commitment to our mission
• High school diploma (required), bachelor’s degree (preferred)
