Pick Fit Performance clinics are designed to help any level of lifter improve their performance in the weight room with our 6-week series, 60 minutes sessions.  We will offer hands on coaching, Q&A and lectures to educate you. Our staff is committed to helping you improve your technique, choose the best exercise variations to help you improve and answer any questions you have to make you a better athlete and coach.

July 18^th: Clean and Jerks
July 25^th: Snatch
August 1st: Lunges
