• Focus on your team: consider what your team NEEDS from you to be successful; don’t confuse what team members want from what team members need
• Improve productivity: eliminate shiny objects from you and your team’s views; ensure everyone remains focused on the critical work
• Find someone to hold you accountable: no one enjoys being held accountable, but it is necessary to reach big goals and remain focused throughout the year
