Pickerington Public Library announces extended hours at Sycamore Plaza Library!

Pickerington, OH – The Pickerington Public Library Board of Trustees approved the expansion of public service hours at Sycamore Plaza Library. This decision meets one of the promises made during the recent levy campaign and is scheduled to take effect Monday, March 18, 2019. Library hours at Sycamore Plaza will now match the hours at Pickerington Main Library including the addition of Sunday hours.

    Monday-Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. | Friday & Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. | Sunday 1:00 -5:00 p.m.

The change comes during Pickerington Local School District’s spring break week, and coincides with phase three of the parking lot project at Pickerington Main.

“This next phase of the parking lot project has the most challenges and impact to our library visitors. It includes the driveway into the library parking lot, which means the entire parking lot will be inaccessible during this time.” said Library Director, Tony Howard. “Fortunately, library visitors and staff have been given permission to park across the street at Pickerington Central High School and on-street parking is also available on Opportunity Way”.

The dates of the parking lot project are weather contingent. For more information and updates, please check pickeringtonlibrary.org and the library’s social media sites.
