THRIVE – Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Pickerington Area Chamber is pleased to announce our new partnership with Balance EAP and THRIVE to offer members AND their employees an Employee Assistance Program at a minimal cost to the employer.
What is an EAP? An Employee Assistance Program is an employer paid benefit that addresses issues that get in the way of productivity and engagement. With a membership to Thrive EAP your employees will have access to behavioral health professionals, legal services, financial services, work-life balance solutions and wellbeing website.
As a member of the Pickerington Area Chamber, you have access to this popular benefit created for small businesses and start-ups, for as little as $20 per month. Every membership to the Thrive EAP is for 12 months and can be upgraded to the next level as your team grows.
In today’s ever-changing world, the Pickerington Area Chamber felt it was important to provide a new benefit that can assist member businesses in the attraction and retention of good employees. Offering an Employee Assistance Program, until now, has only been available to large employer groups. In fact, 90% of Fortune 500 companies offer their employees an EAP.
