    Job Description

    •Manage, train, and equip admissions counselors to meet all assigned goals
    •Serve as a liaison between Admissions and Financial Aid, Student Development, Athletics, and Registrar
    •Point of contact for all international students

    (Any one position may not include all of the listed duties, nor do all of the listed examples include all tasks which may be found in positions within this classification)
    •Train admissions counselors ensuring all goals are met
    •Process counselors expectation sheets
    •Add new applications to spreadsheet
    •Update spreadsheet once application is completed
    •Review and approve billing estimates for incoming students
    •Process advisor sheets ensuring that incoming students are registered
    •Meet with student development about housing requirements
    •Meet with athletics to ensure athletics needs are met
    •Designated School Official for international students
    •Manage time off for all counselors
    •Supervises overall office
    •Fills in for VP of Enrollment in his/her absence
    •Schedule/update registration spreadsheet – coordinates between Financial Aid, Student Development, Security & Registrar

    Required Qualifications

    According to Ohio Christian University employment policy, all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the OCU Community Lifestyle Statement.

    •Bachelor degree in Higher Education, Business Management or Human Resources
    •Experience in sales
    •Prior recruiting/enrollment experience

    •Proven leadership and management skills
    •Ability to work independently
    •Excellent communication skills
