Stories and anecdotes bring these concepts to life and demonstrate how they are inter-related. She focuses around the areas of talent\, sales process\, training and leadership development. She also serves as a professional leadership coach for managers of any experience level. Prior to founding Thrive to Lead\, Kristen spent 20 years as a sales leader in a complex sales environment\, primarily with Pearson Education.
