DESCRIPTION:Join us on Thursday\, November 3\, 2016\, as we host the 1st Annual Economic Outlook breakfast\, featuring keynote speakers\, Ned Hill with The Ohio State University\, and Scott McComb with Heartland Bank.  This morning event will feature a time to connect with guests followed by information about our financial climate from local\, national and international perspectives. Find out what challenges and opportunities lie ahead as our economy continues to grow!\n\n \nDr. Edward [Ned] Hill teaches economic development policy\, public policy and public finance in both the Glenn College and the City and Regional Planning section in the College of Engineering's Knowlton School of Architecture.\n \n\nBefore coming to Ohio State\, Hill was dean of the Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University for eight years and was Professor and Distinguished Professor of Economic Development.\n\n\n\nScott McComb has been with Heartland since 1999. Mr. McComb is a graduate of The Ohio State University\, The Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin and the Graduate School of Banking at the Louisiana State University. Mr. McComb was President and Owner of P.F.M Alert Systems and Vice President of Vector Security prior to joining Heartland Bank as Assistant Vice President and Director of Internet Banking. He was promoted to Vice President and Bank Security Officer in 2001\, and Senior Vice President of Customer Relationship Management in 2003. He was promoted to his current position in 2008 and was elected to the Board of Directors of Heartland Bank in March 2008 and Heartland BancCorp in April 2008. He served on the bank's Advisory Board for several years.
