• Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

    The Pickerington Area Chamber is pleased to partner with Thrive EAP to provide access to an employee assistance program for businesses with fewer than 50 employees.


    What is an EAP? An employee assistance program or EAP is an employer paid benefit that addresses employee issues that can get in the way of productivity and engagement. With a membership to Thrive EAP your employees will have access to behavioral health professionals, legal services, financial services, work-life balance solutions and a well-being website. Services include assessment, counseling, consultation, and referral to employees with personal and/or work-related concerns, such as stress, financial or legal issues, bereavement, family problems, office conflict, and substance abuse disorder. 


    As a member of the Pickerington Area Chamber you have access to this popular benefit created specifically for smamll businesses and start-ups for as little as $20 per month. Every membership to Thrive EAP is for 12 months and can be upgraded tp the next level as your team grows.
